From the parents at Pepper Ridge Elementary’s
Family Reading Night:
“The best part of the evening was....”
•The talented puppeteers.
•The kids being up close to the show and the interaction with them was great.
•I was introduced to books I hadn’t read.
•Our daughter loved it, and she loves to read.
Clothespin Puppets provided fabulous programs at our school. Mike is great and quite flexible – the price is affordable – children were engaged by the amazing puppets – and everything was based on children’s literature!
Principals get so many of these “advertisements” and junk mail – Clothespin Puppets is definitely one to consider – you won’t be disappointed!

It really was a great experience working with you and your family. I will be sure to spread the word about your great work!

Clothespin Puppets has turned our Young Author celebration into something meaningful for our students. Since March of 2012, they have provided our school with enriching programs tailored to specific age groups. The performance exposes the students to various types of puppetry along with performing engaging puppet shows. The shows also masterfully turn our representative stories into puppet shows and then round out the presentation with other favorite children’s books done in puppetry. Mike has always included a little something to make each of our Young Author representatives feel extra special that day as well. We highly recommend them! Sugar Creek Elementary happily makes a performance by Clothespin Puppets our traditional Young Author celebration!

Clothespin Puppets always put on a great show! Dr. O’Brien brings popular children’s books to life using a variety of puppeteering techniques; from shadow puppets to actually becoming a puppet himself, wearing a lovely chicken hat. He engages the audience and is wonderful with our young patrons after the show, answering questions and showing off some of his puppets. Our shows are always well attended and Mike and his lovely assistant, Maggie, are great to work with – professional, accommodating and friendly.
